Travis Alabanza

Travis is a writer, performer, and theatre‑maker. Their debut show BURGERZ won a Total Theatre Award at the Edinburgh Fringe, sold out major venues including Southbank Centre and Traverse Theatre, just finished an Australian tour, and was named one of The Guardian Readers' Top Shows of the Year. Their play Overflow premiered at The Bush to critical acclaim and was shortlisted for the George Devine Award, and their Royal Court commission Sound of the Underground opened in 2023. They also have a BFI‑funded short film in post‑production, and a feature in development with Andrea Cornwell.
